Alarm Monitoring

Being able to control who accesses your premises and when is a unique feature offered to our Alarm Monitoring customers.

The information we receive from your alarm system allows us to design a service specific to your needs.

 

For new members, joining Bass Security is easier than you think...

We will:

  • Take the hassle out of cancelling services from your existing provider
  • Reprogram you alarm system to the Bass Security network
  • Replace your system back up battery
  • Perform a comprehensive system test
  • Update all user codes

 

Basic Monitoring - $38.15 per month ($114.40 per quarter)

Covers the cost of having an operator to respond to your alarm 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If we receive an alarm event from your premises, we'll either contact the first available person on your contact list or send a patrol officer to your premises, depending on your requirements. Should a patrol attend, a $66.00 fee will apply. If an offence in detected, our operator will immediately notify the Police and inform the nominated after hours contact. If the premises are unable to be resecured, we'll secure it at the clients expense before leaving.

Basic ‘Plus Responses' Monitoring - $59.60 per month ($178.75 per quarter)

Basic Monitoring plus unlimited free alarm responses.

Ideally suited to businesses and holiday homes where it's extremely difficult for the owners to attend themselves.

Basic ‘Plus Responses' GPRS Monitoring - $89.62 per month ($268.85 per quarter)

Exactly the same as a Basic 'Plus Responses' services but monitoring is via the mobile phone network.

This form of Monitring is highly regarded by insurance companies and usually attracts a substantial discount on insurance premiums.

A popular service for Pharmacies, Liquor Stores, Jewelery Stores and Holiday Homes with no standard telephone lines.

Premium Monitoring - $119.20 per month ($357.60 per quarter)

Basic Monitoring as above plus:

  • Unlimited free alarm responses
  • Unlimited access management visits (provide access to trades, cleaners, guests, etc.)
  • Six monthly system tests
  • Bin recovery service

Again ideally suited for holiday homes, we responded to customer requests to provide a service that gave them complete piece of mind. $5.50 must also be added to this price if bins need to be both put out AND retrieved.


The above prices are for alarm system communicating via analogue dialler (except GPRS services). If the telephone line is cut or otherwise compromised, the alarm may not be able to report to the Monitoring Station.
